The short version
This website does not collect your name, phone number or message on its own servers. Enquiries are sent through WhatsApp, only when you press Send there. We ask for as little as we can.
The enquiry form
When you submit the form, your browser prepares a WhatsApp message containing the name, number, preferred contact method and optional message you typed, and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent to us until you press Send inside WhatsApp. The form data is not stored in your browser, in analytics or on this website's server. Once you send the message, it is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, and is received on the clinic's number.
Please do not include detailed medical history, identity documents or photos in the form. Share clinical details directly with the doctor.
How we use what you send
We use your name and number only to reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
Calls
If you call, the clinic sees your number, as with any phone call. Information you give during a consultation becomes part of your medical record and is kept confidential in accordance with applicable law.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This website does not set advertising cookies or use analytics trackers. To display its fonts, your browser fetches font files from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. If analytics are added later, they will not receive names, phone numbers or health details, and this policy will be updated.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
External links
We link to other websites, including Dr Mannan Abortion Centre (opens in a new tab). It has their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted where the law allows, or withdraw consent for us to contact you, by calling or messaging the clinic. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian data protection law.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
